Made-to-Order Products

All Jet Shades products are custom-fit and made to order for your specific aircraft. This ensures a precise fit and high-quality finish, but also means each order requires a short production period before shipment.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after they are placed. During peak periods or high demand, processing times may be slightly longer. If there are any significant delays affecting your order, our team will keep you informed.

U.S. Shipping

We offer:

  • Free ground shipping within the contiguous United States
  • Flat rate $35 shipping for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories

All orders are shipped using trusted carriers and include tracking information.

Orders ship to physical street addresses only; we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes. See Shipping Address Accuracy below.

International Shipping

Jet Shades ships worldwide from the United States. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, package size, and carrier rates.

All international orders are shipped FOB Florida, United States. Import duties, taxes, customs fees, and any other government-imposed charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in your order total. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are typically collected upon delivery by your carrier.

Jet Shades will provide all required commercial documentation to support customs clearance.

Replacement & Parts Shipping

When we send a replacement panel or a replacement part, the following applies.

If the replacement is due to a Jet Shades error, such as a manufacturing defect, an item supplied incorrectly, transit damage reported before fitting, or a part missing from your original kit, we cover the replacement and the shipping at no charge to you.

For replacements that are not due to a Jet Shades error, a flat shipping and handling charge applies within the contiguous United States:

  • Clips and small hardware: $15
  • A replacement Jet Shade panel: $25
  • Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and international: shipping is charged at cost

Replacement hardware, such as clips, trim, VHB tape, dual lock, hook-and-loop fasteners, decals, or cleaning cloths: your first replacement-parts order is complimentary. You pay only the shipping shown above. Additional parts orders after that are $50 for the parts plus $15 shipping, for a total of $65 within the contiguous United States. Shipping is charged at cost elsewhere.

Carrying cases are sold as standard products and are not provided as complimentary replacement parts.

Delivery Timing

Delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier service selected. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that delivery estimates provided by carriers are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, customs processing, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Physical street address required. We ship using ground and freight carriers that deliver to physical street addresses only, so we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a complete street address at checkout. If an order is submitted with a P.O. Box, we will contact you for a valid street address, which may delay processing and shipment.

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate before submitting your order. Jet Shades is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.
